5 Greatest Racing Cars in the World

July 21, 2021

It is safe to say that humanity is driven by a constant wish for improvement. We seek to be better in every aspect, and every day we want to create something new and better than we previously had. This is not only reflected in our work, but also in the way we have fun. We invented various bonuses for betting such as betway registration bonus so that people could have even more fun betting online, we invented gaming PCs for a better gaming experience, etc. We love watching and playing competitive sports and car racing is no exception. Ever since the invention of the automobile, people have tried to create a new and better version and make a breakthrough. That is part of the reason why racing is so popular even today. Here are some of the cars that made a breakthrough in our contemporary age.

Hennessey Venom F5

Hennessey has managed to illustrate how, with careful and precise engineering, you can shatter previous records. In order to achieve its mind boggling speed of 301miles per hour, they had to part ways with their old Venom GT chassis and create a new one made of carbon fiber, which is light and durable. With this at its core, combined with a twin-turbo V8 engine capable of producing 1,600 horsepower, it is no wonder that this car is capable of such astonishing results. But that is not all: there is even talk of a new chassis that will allow the car to reach more than 310 miles per hour!

Hennessey Venom GT

This model precedes the F5, and even though it cannot reach its speeds, it is still quite impressive. In 2014, this model recorded a 270 mph run. It did not enter the Guinness book, but we can still admire it for the delicacy and the details that went into its production.

Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+

This gentle monster, a record-breaker coming from Bugatti, is capable of reaching 304 miles per hour. Its body aerodynamics was improved so as to maintain stability at high speeds, and it is able to produce 100 horsepower than the Chiron. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not meant to be mass-produced, and its production is limited to only 30 units.

Bugatti Chiron

It is very difficult to compose a list like this without mentioning a car like this at least a few times. When WV Group released a statement that the legendary Veyron will be succeeded, everybody knew that the successor will have some big shoes to fit in. However, it managed to do just that; this beast is capable of reaching 261 mph, and only 500 of them were made, which makes it a very exclusive addition to their owners’ collections.

Koenigsegg CCR

For its time, the CCR was revolutionary, and one of the greatest feats of engineering to ever touch American roads. It was produced from 2000 to 2009, and it was the first mid-engined supercar to come out of America. Yet, this posed no problem for the car itself, as it was easily able to produce 750 horsepower in the blink of an eye. This is no exaggeration: the CCR was able to reach 60 miles per hour in mere 2.8 seconds, and break the quarter-mile mark in 10.5. Going further, it was able to develop a top speed of 248 miles per hour. It has truly earned its place among the greatest cars ever made, not only by its incredible performance but also by its impeccable styling, which was done very tastefully, without sacrificing any of the speed of the vehicle.
