Directions

The wonderful Crown Center area of Kansas City, MO is the heart of our event.

The race begins on Grand Boulevard, just north of Pershing in Crown Center. The host hotel Hyatt Regency and Crown Center Exhibit Hall (Expo location) are located one block east at Pershing & McGee.

From the North on I-29, I-35 and Broadway Bridge:
Follow I-35 South and exit at 20th Street (exit 1D). Turn east (left) on 20th Street. Turn south (right) on Grand and continue to Crown Center at Pershing Road.

From the South on I-35:
Exit at Broadway (exit 2U). Turn south (right) on Broadway. Turn east (left) at Pershing Road and continue to Crown Center at Grand Blvd.

From the South on 71 Highway:
Exit at 22nd Street and go west (left) to Crown Center.

From the East on I-70:
Take I-70 West to Downtown/13th St. (exit 2P). Continue on 13th St. to Grand. Turn south (left) on Grand and continue to Crown Center at Pershing Road.

From the West on I-70:
Take I-70 East to I-670. Exit I-670 on to I-35 South. Exit I-35 South at 20th Street (exit 1D) Turn east (left) on 20th Street. Turn south (right) on Grand and continue to Crown Center at Pershing Road.

For the Health & Fitness Expo
Parking is available in the Hyatt Regency Crown Center parking garage (Pershing & McGee St.) and is free (up to 3 hours) with validation from the hotel.

Race Day
For both runners and spectators, the Crown Center parking garage is free and is the best location to park. It is very near the start and a 2-3 block walk to the finish. Parking garage entrances are on Grand Boulevard ½  block south of Pershing, and on Pershing ½ block east of Grand.

Please allow yourself at least 45-60 minutes before race time to park, walk to start, go to the restroom and warm up.
